ILG Partners with Fin – Sustainable Logistics

New Partnership with Fin to Offer 100% Carbon-Free Deliveries to ILG

ILG is thrilled to announce its new partnership with Fin Sustainable Logistics, a pioneer in zero-emissions delivery services. Fin operates an all-electric fleet of e-cargo bikes and vans powered entirely by renewable energy, aimed at transforming delivery efficiency in urban areas while minimising environmental impact.

This strategic collaboration allows us to provide our customers with 100% carbon-free delivery and returns options within the M25, with plans to expand across the UK, starting with key cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol. As environmental consciousness grows among consumers, especially in the online shopping space, we are proud to offer this highly sustainable delivery solution to both our customers and their end users.

A report by the World Economic Forum highlights that by 2030, urban deliveries are projected to increase by 78%, resulting in a 36% rise in delivery vehicles and 21% more congestion in urban traffic. Through Fin’s innovative delivery model, we are not only reducing the environmental footprint of deliveries but also improving delivery speed and efficiency in cities by utilising cycling infrastructure with e-cargo bikes.

In addition to offering greener deliveries, Fin’s advanced technology—which integrates AI, machine learning, micro-hub networks, and optimised route planning—enables smarter parcel delivery, reducing congestion and enhancing the overall urban transportation network.

For the past few years, we’ve been working diligently to reduce our environmental impact. From launching more sustainable warehouses to committing to becoming a net-zero business by 2030, we are on a mission to achieve 100% sustainable fulfilment. Partnering with forward-thinking companies like Fin is a critical step in our overall sustainability strategy.

Mike Jones, Commercial Manager at ILG, commented on the partnership:

“I am incredibly excited to partner with Fin and offer our clients a best-in-class sustainable delivery solution with immense growth potential. As e-commerce continues to grow, it’s essential that we adopt solutions that positively contribute to the environment, benefiting future generations.”

Rich Pleeth, Co-founder and CEO of Fin Sustainable Logistics, added:

“This partnership with ILG allows us to provide their customers with a truly green delivery option combined with game changing route optimisation technology. We’re excited to help them achieve their sustainability goals while delivering a faster, more efficient, and customer-focused experience that’s good for customers and good for the planet.”

Together with Fin, we are committed to leading the way in sustainable logistics, paving the way for a greener future for deliveries across the UK.
