Undergraduate Programme
Based in East Grinstead or one of our sites across East Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend a year in an ambitious and expanding business. Commencing between July and September each year, this is a one year programme for a third year finance, business studies or similar degree subject undergraduate. We currently have no undergraduate roles available.

ILG is an ambitious company that has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s leading fulfilment providers. An award-winning fulfilment, warehousing, specialist rework and packaging and delivery business operating globally from warehouses across the South East and extending into mainland Europe. We have become specialists in outsourced order fulfilment and delivery services to retailers and consumers at home. Providing high-quality warehousing, rework and packaging design services to prestige brands in sectors including, Health & Wellbeing, Technology, Luxury & Fast Fashion, Beauty, Skin Care, Cosmetics and Grooming. Each client has a service level agreement (SLA) specifying the services that we provide for them. Services vary depending on the client, however in general we book their products into our warehouse through our goods in department, we control their stock levels, receive orders from their customers, we then pick the products ordered accurately, pack them in accordance with SLA and dispatch them.
Customer Services Executive Role
This role is an opportunity for you on your undergraduate placement to spend 12 months as a Customer Service Account Executive within the Fulfilment Customer Services Team. You will provide front line telephone and email support to a portfolio of Fulfilment Clients, understanding their bespoke requirements and providing a high level of customer response and service. Allowing you to understand and explore the vital role Customer Services provides to a growing and ambitious 3PL company.
Location: Based in East Grinstead
Hours: 12 month FTC. 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
What are we looking for from you?
We are seeking students who are working towards at least a 2.1 in a relevant degree, for example in Business Studies, Marketing, English, Logistics, Management etc. You must also have good ‘A’ level (or equivalent) passes ideally in subjects relevant to a business environment and GCSE passes in Maths and English. Our business is based around the latest technology so highly developed IT skills are essential. Previous work experience is also a highly desirable selection criteria.

Business Operations Assistant
This role will consist of 6 months in our warehouse operations team at one of our sites in Northampton. The first 3 months as a warehouse assistant you will be involved in every aspect of the smooth running of our busy warehouse, from producing order pick list to final dispatch of goods. A further 3 months will be supporting and assisting with Goods in, stock control of clients’ products and active involvement with operational meetings, continuous improvement projects. Working closely with warehouse management to understand the planning and management required for a fast paced and operational environment.
The final 6 months will be based within our Customer Service Fulfilment team based in Northampton.
