Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You and the Role

Are you ready to drive growth for an innovative, fast-growing global business?  We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and support ILG’s strategy for rapid expansion.

In this exciting new role, you’ll focus on developing direct sales outreach strategies, lead generation, and data acquisition to accelerate our sales efforts across the UK, EU, and USA. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll integrate direct outreach with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximised impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive direct sales outreach programme across various channels, including LinkedIn, InMail, organic social media, targeted ads, and eventually telephone outreach
  • Own the planning and scheduling of sales outreach activities, working alongside the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing to adapt campaign-related content to be relevant to specific sectors, job titles, and regions
  • Capture and leverage sales intelligence using HubSpot to refine our approach and drive more targeted outreach
  • Lead the development of a sales social media outreach programme that remains consistent with our ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure sales collateral is continually updated and aligned with the marketing strategy
  • Provide bid support for the Sales Team, including presentation decks, bid documents, and site visits
  • Monitor, measure, and refresh sales outreach campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring success is tracked and activities are adjusted accordingly
  • Ensure all activities adhere to ILG’s brand guidelines and reflect our core company values

Key Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing (agency or client side)
  • Strong understanding of the retail/e-commerce industry and experience running multichannel lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and a solid grasp of B2B marketing, including the Account-Based Marketing approach
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of the lead generation and sales process, with the ability to adapt strategies based on insights

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in marketing to international audiences
  • Knowledge of the fulfilment and delivery sector
  • Experience with video production and photography
  • Familiarity with the beauty, wellbeing, or fashion industries
  • Proficiency in European languages (French, German)
