With the diverse distribution requirements of an international hotel network, SLH required a fulfilment partner that gave them one point of contact to manage its stock, organise distribution and also provide the expertise and reach to overcome any logistical problems in any location – however remote! ILG’s infrastructure seemed a natural fit, with global reach, warehouse capacity and state-of-the-art technological capabilities to record and track every detail of SLH’s account.
Our fulfilment service knits together all of SLH’s distribution requirements under the supervision of one dedicated Account Manager, who is in daily contact to ensure the smooth running of their operation. This has helped them find great success in ensuring their fulfilment needs are met.

We collect from suppliers and our state-of-the-art stock management and reporting systems enable us to keep SLH constantly informed about stock levels, so we are always ready to respond quickly to tight deadlines. Our wide network of overseas agents supports remote deliveries and our own in-house team takes care of all customs compliance and paperwork.
Delivery to Remote Locations
SLH publishes a magazine, Be Inspired, and regular marketing and membership collateral, which it distributes to its members, exhibitions and affiliated hotels around the world. This means organising customs clearance and bespoke delivery services in numerous overseas territories, often to remote locations, with the main goal being to always deliver on time.
